Our client’s apartment in Double Bay underwent a comprehensive renovation, with a particular focus on reimagining the ensuite bathroom. The space presented a unique challenge, as nearly every wall was less than 90 degrees, requiring a precise approach to layout and design.
By thoughtfully positioning fixtures and working within the constraints of the space, we were able to create a stunning, highly functional design that marries both form and function. A sense of understated luxury was introduced through the use of a fluted glass sliding door, soft silver-toned tiles, and brushed nickel fixtures, which beautifully contrast with the dark timber cabinetry.
To enhance both storage and visual interest, we incorporated a stone recessed shelf that follows the unique angles of the room, seamlessly blending with the architecture. The mirror cabinet was carefully placed to optimise light, amplifying the sense of space and brightness.
