The inspirational images shared by the client highlighted their desire for a light and contemporary bathroom, and with this vision in mind, we crafted a design that celebrates simplicity and sophistication. The palette was intentionally pared back, focusing on neutral tones to create a calm and harmonious atmosphere.
To ground the design, we selected neutral floor-to-ceiling tiles, paired with terrazzo flooring to add texture and visual interest, while maintaining a cohesive look. Warm timber cabinetry was incorporated to bring an element of natural warmth, balanced by the beauty of zellij tiles, which add a touch of artisanal craftsmanship and subtle pattern.
The layout emphasises a sense of openness, with a wall-hung timber vanity and an open shower space. A half-height nib wall with a contrasting stone top enhances the sense of spaciousness. The sleek, progressive tapware in brushed nickel ties the design together, offering a sophisticated and timeless finish.
This bathroom is a perfect blend of contemporary style and practicality, designed to be both functional and beautiful, with every detail considered to elevate the space.
