For this project, our client envisioned a distinctive and inviting entrance to the apartment, and we were pleased to bring that vision to life. To achieve a sense of warmth and character right from the threshold, we selected Old White tiles for the entrance. The subtle fluted texture of the tiles wraps seamlessly around the front wall, extending into the open laundry area. The feature wall tile wraps around the wall and finishes in line with the laundry zone.
In the laundry space, we chose zellige tiles to introduce an unexpected pop of color. The rich, hand-crafted tiles add personality and vibrancy, creating a delightful contrast to the more neutral tones of the surrounding space. Custom cabinetry integrates functional elements concealing appliances, providing smart storage, and incorporating a dedicated sink.
To complement the materials used in the Laundry area, a Mumu wall light was strategically placed to act as a dual-purpose light. Mumu’s repositionable feature ensures that it can adapt to the changing needs of the space creating an intimate atmosphere when the laundry area is not being used, while enhancing the overall aesthetic of the home.
